Champignon Omelette

3 Champignon in pieces
3 eggs
Salt pepper
1 branch of chopped Chinese onion

Beat the eggs with salt / pepper and on the hot sauté with oil pour the smoothie, wait for it to cook and add our champignon and Chinese onion, turn our omelette and turn off the kitchen (leaving it to cook in its own steam) … sprinkle grated cheese and server with toast!
